As we covered in part one of this blog series, misinformed HR teams can be trouble for organizations. Employee training should be a priority - not just as a one-time event, but as a regular and ongoing occurrence.

In today's landscape, regulations are constantly changing. It's important to stay on top of these shifts and ensure HR training coincides with industry changes.

However, even with the right training, things can still fall between the cracks - especially if staff is spread too thin - which brings us to our next point:

The second mistake that leads to Form I-9 violations is not giving employees the resources and tools needed to best manage workloads.

With the right technology tools and systems, though, HR professionals are able to reduce their administrative burden and, in turn, more efficiently and effectively maintain compliance.
